The new SciencePort Science Center will be built at the juncture of the Occoquan and Potomac Rivers in Prince William County, Virginia.  Located within the new Belmont Town Center development, it is also adjacent to the 680-acre Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge.  Only 23 miles from the middle of Washington, D.C. and having convenient access to I-95, Route 1 and an Amtrak VRE station, this location provides a setting uniquely situated for a Science Center.
