There are three ways to help develop the science center in your community -

Annual Giving

 

SciencePort's Fund is a pool of unrestricted funds from individuals, corporations, foundations and organizations 

that supports the museum's general operating budget.  Fund gifts 

are especially important because they support the ongoing operational needs of the museum.  This year the need is even greater as we work 

to manage elimination of any more science education programs so 

vital to our schools and to the museum's mission.  Gifts are  tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.

Membership

Become a Founding Member of SciencePort and play a vital role in building the newest science center in Virginia!

Your Membership will be recognized permanently in our new Science Center and until opening.

As the Science Center progresses, you will receive invitations to special events at the SciencePort Science Center site. Our quarterly newsletter will keep you up to date on our development. While construction is underway, members will enjoy benefits at our other museums: the Science Museum of Virginia, the Virginia Aviation Museum and the Danville Science Center, as well as free admission to hundreds of museums and science centers worldwide.
